Who we are

Propology Digital Ltd (company no. 10747956, registered office 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX) is the controller of any personal data collected through this website. You can contact us via LinkedIn.

What we collect and why

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only collect personal data that you choose to send us:

• If you message us on LinkedIn, we use your name, profile details and message to reply and to discuss working together. LinkedIn’s own privacy notice also applies.
• If you email us, we use your name, email address and message in the same way.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Third parties

The site is hosted by IONOS, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
